Description
Cooking from the scratch by featuring Grandma's recipe - no crossover and chi-chi, but an open kitchen and local products. We travel through the different German regions, talk to farmers and chefs, collect recipies and photos and present the traditional dishes of the region for 6 weeks at the restaurant. Have a look at our current menu and be a part of our culinary trip through Germany!
